Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

Most flags are made-to-order and are delivered within 10-15 days of the purchase date. Orders may not be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional transit time if needed. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Custom orders

Custom orders require additional production time and generally take 2–3 weeks for delivery. You may select a rush order option at checkout for delivery in 5–7 business days.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders of $39.99 and up.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

bannerfi.com ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Military addresses require an additional forwarding service which adds several extra days of transit time. 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). Tracking information may take up to 7 days to become active.

Damages

bannerfi.com is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive a damaged order, please contact the carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We currently ship to most countries worldwide. If there has been a change in our ability to ship to your country, you will be notified and refunded before your order is processed.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

bannerfi.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
